Be one who speaks with authority.
Speaking with authority is different from being authoritarian. Authoritarian leadership is all about manipulation and control. Do as I say or else kind of leadership. Authoritative leadership is about respect, honor and a rock solid guidance that builds confidence and a sense of security.

Faith & Fitness Olympics
My husband trains athletes. He is a Strength Coach and he is very good at what he does. He has travelled all over the world with world class athletes, sculpting their potential giving them an edge to compete.Because of my husband’s profession I have been exposed to great athletes.
