Magnificent!

Monday:
Not Madness...Magnificence!

I’ve been on a bit of a hiatus. The cares of life were slamming me hard and I felt a bit like I was drowning. My usual resilience was worn. So I spent a lot of time doing nothing except going to work then back home. I would spend countless hours alone reading my favorite ancient book and listening to music that fills my soul and reminded heaven He was still adored. I was seen out this most recent Friday night and the number one thing said to me on repeat was, “I haven’t seen you in so long, I miss you.”

Sometimes you’ve got to retreat, but you can’t stay there. There truly are people who care and not every one is making withdrawals— there are those who make deposits in our soul as well. I was gone, but now I believe I am back.

American life can be quite overwhelming. Especially when you have many people needing you and placing expectations on you. Your family, friends, employers, etc. But you don't need to ever feel overwhelmed.

You have no idea how limitless your true strength and ability is. Do not limit your focus for fear of being overwhelmed. God is with you!

"This is the day the Lord has made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it."

Psalm 118:24

As of right now, today is the only day you've got!

Make the most of it.
Enjoy it.

Move your body a little bit.

Smile wide, not just your face, but that gorgeous smile originates on the inside. A genuine smile always begins in the heart first!

Breathe a moment as you take the time to watch the sunrise or the sun set. The beautiful hue of the fall night sky is magnificent! So take a big drink of it. Simple treasures like this make life better.

Count your blessings.
Life is all about perspective.

You may be someone's reason to rejoice today...yep, special lil'-O you!

Give thanks, because TODAY will be amazing.

Just. Like. You.
