Today is my son, Andrew’s 9th Birthday. I love Andrew immensely. Andrew is significantly younger than his siblings. I was an older Mom when I had him.

Our entire family was going through the trial of our life when I discovered I was pregnant with my little man. We were enduring the lawsuit from hell that lasted six years with no respite in sight with a man who I believe God used to teach me a lot

How do you measure success?

My question is not rhetorical, it is for you. It’s a question that has no wrong answer for the definition of success may differ from person to person. Outcomes, obstacles, opportunities…life is filled by them all. The question is, what do we do when we obstacles come at us? How do we handle them? What do we think or feel when we experience setback, lack, or abundant joys and pleasures? Is this success? Or maybe you are one that measure success in a different way? Maybe

Life’s greatest blessings are usually comprised of a collection of moments…not one grand detail, but thousands of tiny details all tangled together. Like droplets in the Sea, intertwined so delicately it is difficult to separate one drop from another.

I have such a hard time with the notion that there is only one way to do something. I guess I am just naturally wired to be more open minded than that–this is just a life long fact. But I didn’t realize I thought like this until my adult life. Thank the Lord I realized it in my young adult life. {Some maybe never figure this out.}

As I am entering a season of life with much shifting and change I witness some extraordinary things God is doing to equip and prepare me. I do not fully know what is coming, but I see him surrounding me with very strong women who know who they are in Christ. I don’t fully know what’s around the bend, but I have glimpses and daily seek direction from my Heavenly Compass and Light.

How do you access the heart of God and His Holy Chambers? How do you know His will

I am learning more and more that some of the hardest things we go through—the toughest things that happen to us, are measured with and hinge upon something glorious we haven’t yet tread upon. They are, in fact, the catalyst to an open door to future blessing.

I sent this thread to a friend who is grieving this morning. She replied that she has actually researched this and the word Morning. It is used both ways! So our Lord once again proves He has thought of everything.
