Health & Healing For America
I woke up this morning feeling heavy hearted the same as I did when I fell to sleep last night. God, where are you? Maybe that’s something you’re asking yourself right now. I know I am. But here, down beneath my hurt and heart ache, I know something on a deeper level and I have personal experience with its truth—
God is there, right beside you.
He’s always been there.
He is faithful.
He is protector.
He is confidant.
He is friend.
He loves the color of your skin, whatever shade it is.
He loves you

Level Up!
Crowded Out To Level Up!
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,“ Hebrews 12:1
Have you ever done any running? Ever entered a race? I’m not a runner per se. I go for runs and get exercise by running—but I am not a runner. My oldest son is a runner. I ran with him once. I loved it, but also felt

Ruth
The Lord has had me camped out in the book of Ruth. Years ago I was promised by God (and I suppose requested by him at the same time) to one day write a curriculum study of the Books of Ruth and Esther.
I truly don’t know my life’s ultimate calling and purpose other than I am a healer. I have been through horrible extremes of painful things and I’ve watched God be my Boaz through it all. I know I’ve hardly scratched the surface the deeper I sink in him.

Belief Means Everything
Never let other people speak their doubts over your belief. If there is a dream in your heart it has been planted there for a reason. Sometimes we need our soul fitness to match our physical fitness.
People will tear you down, but God will always pick you up. He will grow you, but will always work with your positives.
You matter.
Your voice matters.
And your feelings matter.
Faith overrides feelings, but faith won’t discredit or patronize them.
Your life is a collection of moments and memories. Make the most of it!
Don’t forget! Keep the

Game of Life
Everything happens in seasons.
I remember there was a season of my life that I had three children playing in Morada Little League simultaneously. The most sensational little league ever in my opinion, but not two of them on the same team. Two boys and my daughter played softball. The home field was just around the block from our home. But softball travelled much so my daughter’s games were all over the place. I remember I would begin to mentally prepare for the schedule and time demand of the

Radiant Glow
The angel came to Mary, just a young woman, and told her that not only was she going to see God, but she had been selected to birth something amazing from God…His Son.
“Blessed are the pure in heart; for they shall see God.” Matt. 5:8
Of all the ways He could have entered the earth Christ came through the one the Father had selected for the purity of not only her body but the purity of her heart and its intentions. Mary found favor with God and He revealed himself to

Just GLOW with it
GLOW with it…
A chief objective in my life, part of my mission statement, if you will, is to help people become successful.
I do this first and foremost by instilling in the them the resolute and unwavering belief that they can, indeed, achieve all that they have been placed on this planet to do. I can see it in my minds eye, my heart and soul. But what I see won’t matter if you don’t see it and believe it, too.
Helping other people be successful doesn’t mean God doesn’t have success

Don’t be Overwhelmed and take Courage
A step forward can be great gain when we use it to give Glory to His Name.
You’re steps are Chosen.
His Path for you clear.
He has seen each one before you ever took one.
Think about that.
Have confidence in that!
You can only bubble over with the Hope and Glory knowing you will have a Banner finish to this Year!
No matter what you face today–it is building in you a foundation for brighter days…if you will just keep going!
Hope has an anthem and it

What makes a wine good?
I have a friend who is a wine maker. Wine making is her passion and she opened up a winery to turn her passion into the reality of a dream. So I’ve learned just a little bit (just a little bit) about wine making from her.
There is a lot of art mixed with ingredient, science and heart to wine making. It is a process, but it is delicious for every wine connoisseur who tastes the final product. Just the right blend makes something beautiful, tasteful and

Splendid Place
Last night I had the most hysterical conversation with my youngest child as he tries to decide what decade I was born. Once we had it all sorted out he was quite surprised and informed we that the Toy Story movies weren’t even made yet when I was born!
He is in the early middle childhood years and it’s so fun to talk with him. How he got a large vocabulary and mind he has blows me away. It’s fun to watch their cognition change and develop with age. The complexity
