Mindset to Move Mountains. . .
“When it rains, most birds head for shelter; the Eagle is the only bird that, in order to avoid the rain, starts flying above the cloud.” ~Unknown
Some of the biggest and best accomplishments this world has ever seen have been done under extreme duress and adversity.
Airplanes rise against the wind not with it.
It is the wind against a sail that makes the boat go.
Don’t turn back when others speak skepticism and lack. Don’t confuse wise and Godly instruction for criticism and do not mistake criticism for wise instruction. If it’s

Upon The Water
Have you ever been waterskiing?
When I was growing up this was our weekend activity of choice. We went often and we went with some close friends. Our summer vacation was usually a camping trip near water so we could ski all day every day. I absolutely loved it.
If you’ve ever skied you know how challenging it can be to learn to stand up on the water as the boat drags you along. Learning can mean a lot of water in your face and up your nose. There is

The Traveler (2)
I love Australian people. I love them for many reasons, but mostly for my personal positive experience with them. Overall they are people who work when it’s time to work and they do it with excellence. But they also know how to play, rest and holiday. They are friendly and kind (at least in my experience). They are very good at many things. But what may be my most favorite thing is that they are super good, I mean really good, but they don’t really care. Oh they

Anticipate The Suddenly!
“Then they were willing to let him in, and immediately the boat was where they were going!”
John 6:21
God can change your life in an instant.
One of the amazing highlights of our trip to Israel was visiting the very places that Jesus walked, talked, taught and lived. It creates another new level of animation to the soul of what life in his era was like. Now when I read I see the landscape vividly. Mind blowing detail manifests itself and I am grateful. Every ounce of me grateful.
We took a

Shekel For Your Thoughts
Where to begin…
This is the foremost thought on my mind tonight.
I’ve arrived home from one of the most favorite weeks of my life. I had no idea how much I’d love being in Israel. So much history. So much prophesy. So much …so much. I’ve unpacked my bags (because I’m a bit of a freak about putting things in order right away). I’ve had a light snack even though it’s “bedtime”, because I managed to lose 4 pounds on our trip somehow. And now I’m sitting down with my journal

Don’t Let Go—
“I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness;
I will hold your hand.
I will keep you and will make you
to be a covenant for the people
And a light for the Gentiles.”
Isaiah 42:6
What has your heart perplexed this day? What has caused your heart to rouse and be troubled?
Do you not know you are the absolute Apple of the Father’s Eye?
Do you know how His heart cries when you suffer inside?
Do you not know that His fondest thoughts include you?
He is with you.
Everything you say—
Everywhere you go—
Every ounce of you is

Sharp As Sheers
Have you ever tried to slice something with a dull knife?
Like many people, I have one of those wood blocks that holds all my sharp knives and some kitchen sheers that I use only on food. Yesterday I was preparing myself some raw chicken to be grilled on my skillet and as I was using the sheers to cut the meat I noticed how easy it was. I had recently sharpened the scissors— and knives as well. Boy, what a difference it made. My work was easier and required

Power of Your Path
“Let love be your highest goal! But you should also desire the special abilities the Spirit gives–especially the ability to prophesy.” 1 Cor. 14:1
I’ve been writing the last few days on the theme of prophesy and what it means to decision make and act on future not circumstances. Walking out God’s prophetic anointing on your life will require some grit and maybe just maybe more than just a little bit of it. But is it truly risky to trust God and follow His lead?

Sometimes We Miss…
We are all learning every day how to lean on God’s Big Broad shoulders a little bit better.
A few years back I was getting a manicure. I went to a salon that was by my sons school. Now, I may be one of the most loyal people you would ever know. I have a gal I go to FAITHFULLY for many, many years. But I was in a hurry and thought I would make an exception for the sake of my schedule. I had used this salon once in the

Rest🌹
True rest has to do with trust.
When we trust God for the day to day—moment by moment, we find our mind, our heart, our will in unison with His.
No matter the situation or circumstance we trust God to bless and protect and lift us up at His Appointed time.
You can rest in it.
You can trust it! ~Nicole🌹
