I’ve been going through some old photos—compiling them from all the various shows I’ve done over the years. I have a specific purpose for this complication for myself and my training. It’s interesting and useful to see how I’ve changed my physique over the years. Change happens small and over time. Pictures help with perspective.

As I go through them, I am reminded there’s been quite a few and I’ve now been doing this more than just a year

Because of the nature of Noah’s Intimacy with Heaven he was immune to the commentary of his peers. It may be true he didn’t like it, but it didn’t waiver or move him to unmove what God had asked him to move. So he moved…the comfort zone of every human on the planet. Figuratively and then literally!

There are days we feel fierce…

On both days—no matter how you feel, know that God is real and He is the Power behind it all. Meaning, whatever you do and no matter how you feel, He will go with you. Always beside you. His love for you is real. So square your shoulders and drink in this scripted mental and spiritual vitamin elixir. May you be strengthened for your day:

No matter your past, present, education, cultural influence, you have been predestined! So
