One of the things that makes my heart saddest is to watch women fail themselves by comparing themselves to other women. This is one of the devil's greatest weapons against many females. I desire to encourage and empower woman to understand how amazing they are! God created each woman with extraordinary creativity and attention to detail. He missed nothing! You may desire different gifts or talents or physical attributes, but He truly knew what he was doing when he made you! Because comparison is the thief of Joy and is truly a dishonor to the Lord, I know you don't want to dwell there...If this is an area you struggle, here are a few keys to help ensure your victory:

1) Thank God for your strengths! Then, work within your strengths becoming stronger still while developing your weaknesses.
2) Understand that everyone has deficiencies. We all have flaws and shortcomings and things about ourselves we don't like. There are no exceptions to this. The difference is whether or not you dwell on it or are just aware of it.
3) When we work together we are dynamic! God wants us to perform well within our abilities and serve Him wholeheartedly, but he has given us each other that we might be greater still!

Any woman is on a sure path to victory once she realizes that her life isn't about her! It is about God and his purpose for her here on earth. Find your purpose. Use your abilities to accomplish that purpose. Empower and help other woman along the way to do the same. Self confidence is very attractive! As we celebrate each others strengths, it places a healthy focus on others that will always make you feel good about yourself.
