There are dozens and dozens of reasons people fail to reach a health goal. Some poor decisions are obvious. For example, choosing a dozen donuts over a dozen eggs. Over the years I have worked with many women, helping them get a handle on their nutrition and providing guidance and encouragement to gain territory in their wellness goals. BodyLean Protein Squares

1 mashed RIPE banana
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 tbs flax seed, ground
2-4 scoops BodyLean
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup shredded coconut (don’t like coconut...don’t worry😉...just omit)
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup raisins (you can also omit this, if you don’t like raisins)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar free Hershey’s chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients but chocolate together well (mixture will be somewhat sticky). Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil...and spread the mixture evenly in the pan. Melt chocolate on the stove or in the microwave. Drizzle or spread over the mixture in the pan.

Place pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Cut into 10 -12 squares... and wrap in plastic wrap and/or foil and store in the freezer.

Thaw slightly before serving.
