Interrupted Life
I’m a trainer. Trainers love fitness. Trainers love weights, and movement, and all things physical fitness. I love my gym. I am what they would call a bit of a gym rat. The gym has been home for nearly as long as I can remember. I have been attracted to physical fitness, healthy eating and muscle since my very early adolescence.
I have goals. I have routine, just like everyone else pursuing fitness. Just like everyone else, this whole COVID-19 thing interrupted those goals. It interrupted my routine— Interrupted life.

Grace that Overcomes.
There are few things in life quite like the glory of friendship.
My entire life I have more negative female experiences than positive ones. Perhaps this isn’t true, it is better to declare that I have had more than my fair share of the extreme in this department.
As a youth I was the “outsider” in my church youth group. At school I had girlfriends I hung around with, had common clubs or classes with, but it wasn’t uncommon for them to behave “uniquely” toward me. If not at first–eventually. But there

Sweet Smells & Heaps of Kindness
Fruit Pie…
The Lord is good and His Tender Mercies endure forever. Fragrant is the sweet smell of kindness. Aromatic are the fruit of the Spirit as they leave a trail of essential goodness.
Have you ever walked into a house while a fresh fruit pie was baking in the oven? Heaven, right? The smell is so delicious, so inviting and brings a sense of comfort and “home” even if it’s not your home.
This is how it is with the fruit of the spirit.

Road To Radiance

Beautiful is a heart that accepts reproof. When we realize sometimes we struggle not because we are being punished, but rather we are being loved.
