Don’t Let Go—
“I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness;
I will hold your hand.
I will keep you and will make you
to be a covenant for the people
And a light for the Gentiles.”
Isaiah 42:6
What has your heart perplexed this day? What has caused your heart to rouse and be troubled?
Do you not know you are the absolute Apple of the Father’s Eye?
Do you know how His heart cries when you suffer inside?
Do you not know that His fondest thoughts include you?
He is with you.
Everything you say—
Everywhere you go—
Every ounce of you is

Biceps and Tan Lines…
Through time trends come and then they go only to reappear again some time later.
Fitness is in style. Period. We live in a culture that has moved to the extreme in everything. Not only is fitness hip, but there are so many ways to express it.
When I was young I was always attracted to an athletic frame. Not just in men—women also. I had a deep regard for muscle tone and that “healthy” look. I found it appealing. Probably one of the reasons I became a sponge for all things

MORE—
I need you more—
I have walked through tremendous lack in my soul and I’ve lived through tremendous lack in my resources.—I don’t want to go back to either.
Forgive me for my every fret or worry.
I need you more.
Forgive me my doubt and discouragement.
I need you more.
You are the floor that holds me up so I won’t go under.
You are the door of Love that knocks hard on my heart chamber.
I need you more.
You’re the excitement and drive of my life.
You are the Peace and Tranquility that holds me through the

Anything. . .
Today, someone is feeling grateful for YOU. How awesome is that?
You are Special.
You are Wonderful.
You are Needed, Valued and Extraordinary.
Lips offer thanks to God for you and the offerings of your life.
Lay all your burdens down. The Breath of Heaven Rejoices over you. One of Heaven’s Heroes come true.
Life is a beautiful journey. Just because you’re being hard on yourself doesn’t mean that other people are hard on you. I wish you could see yourself like others see you!
You can do anything the

Joy & Bliss
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
Glorious Morning…
Glorious Day…
Beautiful is the feeling that great thing will happen this day.
Belief is found in the heart and soul.
Be a source of joy for another, that the hopeless might catch it through you until their hope within is ignited.
“Keep your heart open to dreams. For as long as there’s a dream, there is hope…and as there

The Gratitude of Heaven
The Gratitude of Heaven
Has it ever occurred to you that God is thankful? It’s kind of hard to wrap my head around that. But if He desires us to be full of thanksgiving then we must be filled with gratitude. The deeper we go in gratitude the more we become a reflection of Him. If we are reflecting Him, then thankfulness must be in Him. It is an attribute of His heart. With this, my mind naturally begins to think or realize something astounding and powerful…
God is thankful for you.

Light & Life
“Peace, when ruling the heart and ruling the mind, opens in both every avenue of joy.” ~Sarah W. Stephens
As the body of Christ we are to have both unity and diversity, but all should be walking in intense levels of peace and joy. If you have yet to discover joy or its source, I hope this little diatribe will help you.
“Therefore with joy you will draw water from the well of salvation.” Isaiah 12:3
Joy is not the same as happiness. Joy flows from the soul despite conditions of

Serenity
“The Lord on high is Mightier than the noise of many waters, than the mighty waves of the sea.” Psalm 93:4
I have a large family. I did not come from a large family so this has been a new experience for me. I grew up in a quiet home where everything was always in order, tidy, organized. I tend to be a quiet, soft spoken person. I’m not loud. But when you have five children, four of which are boys, it can get kind of crazy. I think we are

Friends Forever…
Yesterday, out of the blue, a name from my past erupted in my mind…
It was the name of a woman I knew many years ago. I didn’t know her well, but she was a customer of mine through my nutrition business. She lived here in my city and I’d visit her at her home a few times a month to deliver vitamins to her.
She was advanced in years and seasoned in life. She lived alone, though she had family, none in town. She was still working as a CNA nurse
