G'Day Mate!

"And the King will say, 'I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing so to me." Matt. 25:40

One of the things I loved about the people of Australia when we were there was their attitude. Attitude is a powerful measuring rod on many levels. Australians, or the ones I encountered anyway, were smart, educated, successful, accomplished, achievers, but they possessed an incredibly laid back and casual attitude about themselves. It was as though their demeanor said, "yeah, we're good, but who cares!" It was an interesting form of humility. This should be our mindset in the Church. We pursue, serve, build, achieve for Kingdom glory, for the good of community and humanity. All the while completely failing to be impressed with ourselves and what we achieve. All we have, do & achieve is the Lords ability on loan to us anyway. Let's be excellent in all things yet never really feeling impressed with ourselves. True Humility.

Each day is a new day to shower absolute goodness on others. Rivers of refreshment, lasting Comfort, Peace, Security and Help. We truly do have the power to make a difference in our own life and the lives of those around us. We must have a stoic determination in our everyday attitude and mindset. As we achieve, we must always guard our hearts that we do not become consumed with praise, attention or adoration of others. As we achieve we must have a stoic and laser like focus to the clarity of vision planted inside of us. This way, when criticism comes, we can stay the coarse and finish strong. Paint the Vision, Carry On, Rise up and take the Day! You can do all of these things and more, I know you can! God's got your heart in his heart, your life in His hand and you are a great part of His Master plan.

Don't ease off, don't accept a set back, you are only getting warmed up!
