God Still Speaks

All of Creation sings a love song to God. It can be seen in the green of a leave, the gentle bend of the willow tree and every bird in the air that has its own song to sing.

God's Voice still speaks. The problem for most in hearing His Voice is difficult--there too much background noise in the way. Spiritual background noise may include negative thinking, discouraging thoughts, depressed thoughts, hopelessness, shame, guilt or anger/bitterness. This type of thinking clouds the heart and soul and makes it difficult for you to know what God really has to say about the troubles of your every day.

Have you ever had a conversation with someone in a busy street? It's difficult to hear what the other person is saying and sometimes difficult to clearly communicate your words as well. You pull in closer, you look intently at the face of the one speaking, you may even bend your ear in to the conversation. This is what we must do with God. So many want to hear His Voice. You can! Lean into Him in prayer, conversation. Talk to him like you would a friend. Do not feel silly. He hears it all and if you faithfully pursue him you will find him. It's a promise in Matthew 5 given to you.

God is faithful. He will help you clear out the clutter and noises of life and pull himself right up right to your side. He will look intently into your eyes and He will search your heart and soul. He loves you dearly and wants you to know...He cares. ~Nicole
