Don't ignore the R.E.D. Flags of health and fitness! Your health is a valuable way to tackle roadblocks common to everyday life. When you eat a balanced diet, get proper rest and pursue physical activity you will reap fruit in your daily disposition (you will be in a better mood). Because you will feel better you will treat others around you with more patience and joy. You will find yourself overall much more optimistic despite circumstances or stress. So don't give up.

Persist without exception!
