Supplemental Strength

Above all else, guard your heart.
We often think of this as the emotional content of the heart, but what if it means more?
I learned the powerful benefits of Vitamin C many years ago from a friend of our family who happen to be a high level Nutritional Biochemist. So esteemed was this gentleman's reputation he was known to be called on by the FDA for consultation and he held at least one trade mark brand for an ingredient in most store bought juices. My point, he knew his stuff! He shared the benefits of supplementing our diet with
Vitamin C.
Benefits:
•Facilitates healthy immune function (you may not get sick as much). •Supports Cardiovascular health •Supports brain & nerve function & can help reduce/control cholesterol •Helps maintain muscle & other tissues (slows the signs of aging and wrinkling). Animals produce their own Vitamin C and their body will increase dose under stress. Humans do not. We must consume it. The more stress (physical, environmental, emotional/intellectual) the more I take! It can literally help you relax and takes the edge off of anxiety.
