“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.“
Deuteronomy 6:5
This passage of scripture in Jewish culture is called the Shamae. I’ve been studying the Shamae with my seven year old for several months now. I am fascinated by the faithfulness to its recitation.
Every day we have an opportunity to love God with our everything. Our absolute everything. It can be seen with how we take Him with us everywhere we go and with everything we do.
Oh, He is already

He Winked At Me
Do you have need in your life? Does your timing forever seem not right? Looking for things to line up for you? Are you having a health crisis in your body, your relationships, your community?
It doesn’t matter what it is…
It could be squirrelly kids, a job that’s remiss, relationship woes or unasked for foes. Begin to look past the need to the Creed.
Creed—
any system, doctrine, or formula of religious belief, as of a denomination.
any system or codification of belief or of opinion.

Beyond Measure
I’m not and advocate of weighing my clients, but weigh ins are probably good to establish a baseline for goals. I keep a tape measure in my handbag because I am frequently asked to record measurements. This is indeed more accurate than a scale. Weighing and measuring helps you to know where you are, set your barometer, so you know where you want to go and about how long it will take to reach the goal. Having a purpose for your goal will drive you farther to reach it than

Remembered
“I will cause your name to be remembered in all generations;
therefore nations will praise you forever and ever.”
Psalm 45:17
I pray this day we listen for the heartbeat of God. I pray we hear His heart for us. I pray we feel and encounter His Presence.
He is present even when our hearts are at bay.
God’s love is Relentless.

Whole ♥️ Heart
One of the ways the Holy Spirit moves is by using stories that we can relate to. Stories in the Word. Stories in the lives of others. Stories we hear from others. I guess God loves a good story. He understands that life is a story and it is one worth telling.
When I read about the crucifixion of Christ in the Word I can hardly get through it. I can read and try to imagine the physical pain and anguish he consumed, but I haven’t had a lot

Heart-Deep
“The LORD is faithful to all his promises and loving to all He has made.”
Psalm 145:13
Good morning to all of you beautiful people. The fact that I cannot actually see your lovely self right now is mere technicality. I know WHO’s you are so I know you possess heart beauty and it’s stunning! Wishing you a gorgeous Day! Take time to practice the habit of BELIEF today. He is a supernatural, extraordinary, splendid God who bestows FAVOR extraordinary on all he has made. He cares about our habits, make the

Embody
Embody~
to give a concrete form to; express, personify, or exemplify in concrete form: to embody an idea in an allegorical painting.
We all stand for something in the depths of our heart, mind and soul. What is it you stand for? How does what you stand for exude from your soul?
If your soul could speak what would it say? How would others relate or be moved to breathe more deeply by the words it would speak? Would those words be spoken soft or sweetly? What would they evoke in the heart,

Stay Strong
To be physically strong, you must do physically strong things.
To be spiritually strong you must do spiritually strong things.
These are both two different things-
yet, they are connected and can be the same thing.
“Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.” Eph. 6:11
Never lose your Hope.
Sometimes even when you are trying to do the right thing, wrong things happen. Tis true for everyone. Do not become discouraged in your efforts to do well.
Finish Strong.

Eyes Wide…
“I could do it with my eyes closed”
Have you ever heard this expression or maybe even said it yourself? It implies a certain level of mastery at any given skill, art or ability. It suggests the activity is so second nature to a person they can do it well without even seeing what they are doing. They feel it. They know it. They own it.
How about trusting God?
Trusting God is a bit like doing something with your eyes shut. You can’t always see what He is up to. You

Prayer of Prose
Lord, Sweet and Precious Savior. Water my Garden. Give me moisture from Heaven—for by your Spirit I am refreshed and Renewed. You are the glue that holds me together. You are the fertilizer that nourishes me to the root. You planted seeds of hope in the deepest parts of me. You lead me and caused me to explore and find the floor of my heart—causing me to discover the depths within.
I am quieted by the noise of your waterfall. Cascade over me. I am a Bloom in your
