Nothing is forever~
Change comes to us all. You don’t have to listen to the idle chatter. When something is the matter look up. Because doubt looks down and worry looks around. When we keep our gaze fully where it needs to be it doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing. You must do what is best for you.
What is it you need? What is it your family needs? How will you intercede?
Wash away fear, doubt and worry. Make it flee in a hurry.
I can’t believe it has already been nearly a full years time passed since I ventured to my Heavenly Father’s homeland, Israel. I’ve know for a long time I’d one day go, but never had a pressing sense to get there. Not a longing of soul to hurry up and go. In the later portion of 2018 the Spirit of God spoke to my soul and told me it was time to go and He would make the way to get there. And that’s what He did. He always fulfills His promises.
One of my greatest desires for this trip was to be baptized in the Jordan. Something about this I knew would be very significant for my soul. I was astounded to later know it wasn’t God’s highlight for my trip. He gave me something there at the Pools of Bathseda I will never forget and know what He gave me will serve me well in the future.
As I dipped in the Jordan the chill of the crisp waters struck my heart, my chest. I gasped for deep breath. At first it left me breathless and hoping I’d overcome. It was cold. But refreshing of heart, mind and soul.
When our heart is truly captivated by Christ, He holds our gaze despite what is going on around us-good or bad-He is the Center. Despite all things, there is a Super-Natural King who is enthralled with your Beauty (read Psalm 45).
There isn’t always a right or wrong answer. God will guide the matters of life you need to decide.
Look up... I actually believe the best is yet to breathe.
"...For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7
