Just Be
Never chase a goal so hard you forget to have fun with it.♥️
I’ve been going through some old photos—compiling them from all the various shows I’ve done over the years. I have a specific purpose for this complication for myself and my training. It’s interesting and useful to see how I’ve changed my physique over the years. Change happens small and over time. Pictures help with perspective.
As I go through them, I am reminded there’s been quite a few and I’ve now been doing this more than just a year

The Grace to be Great
We live in such a superficial society.
Appearance is everything and vanity is it’s chief council.
There are countless strategies available to make us look and feel great. Everything from head to toe–you’re covered if you’re willing to spend the time, money and energy to consume what society is selling.
Sustenance is an interesting thing.
I have noticed over many years of my recent life that the more affluent circles of our nations population base are overall more physically fit with healthy weight management. There are exceptions to this, of course, but overall this

Be Intentional
The New Year will be here before you know it with many making a New Year’s Resolution to get fit. Intentions are good and motivation high, for a while. Before you know it, usually by the end of week two, the cares of life distract your desire and you’ve given up on that goal. But if you stick it through, doing a little bit of good every day then you will gain momentum to carry you through. You will begin to see results and the good fruit of your efforts

Sculpted Life
I have been fascinated with health, fitness and nutrition since middle school…at least, middle school is when I recall it all beginning.
Looking back now I see the Divine Sculptor’s hand in everything. All the things I did and tried—having no idea it was a gift of Vision and forward thinking being released from inside. I didn’t think about it, I just did it.
There was no internet or fast facts available at the fingertips for me to learn to track and plan my nutrition. I learned at a young

Properly Fed
There are so many fads and trends with fitness and nutrition. If you study their history you realize that nothing is truly new. Every fitness and eating plan recirculates and comes back “in style” or “trending” under a different name. What used to be the rage, the Atkins Diet, is now back, but relabeled for what it really is “Keto Diet”. Both diets nothing more than extreme carb restriction or elimination in order to put physiology in a state of ketosis.

I’m just going to praise my Lord.
I’m just going to sing exultations to His Radiant face.
His Goodness—
His Mercy—
His Faithfulness.

Dispel the Night.

You not only give me something to sing…you give me someone to sing to…to love…to care for.
My love for you causes me to shout.
My shout doesn’t come from my throat, but how I move my pen and script my heart on paper for all who should care to read.

My AdvoCare…
I was 26 years old, married, no kids, when I met AdvoCare. I knew I was planning to start a family soon and at the time was working two part time jobs. I knew I wanted to stay home with my baby once I had one. My husband worked in Division 1 College Athletics and was rarely home due to the demands of his career. I had been praying for financial provision so I could walk away immediately from one job and then later the second. Here comes AdvoCare. I
