I dream (literal dreams)—
that become reality, for as long as I can remember…

I dream things, sometimes more than once, or I dream the same theme in a different dream sharing the same message. I have these dreams mostly in a series so the essence is fully communicated to me. Then I wait and watch. Over the span of my life I’ve seen my dreams happen the next day and other dreams I’ve had to journal on the page so I can reflect when I see it come to be. Often

Sometimes the dreams I dream in the night disquiet my soul. I am unsure of what I have seen and what does it mean? I know it means something. So I quietly speak to my Father and lay it upon His altar and entrust it there in His care. He has shown me these things for a reason and the time and season may be a later

Lord, bless us each with the contentment that surpasses understanding. Let the Peace I have found in each moment , that wellspring of Hope I’ve tapped into, flow like a fountain well allowing all who are thirsty and dry and in need of refreshment, to drink liberally from my inkwell. Let them get tanked, drenched, saturated, in the most Glorious of ways. Amen.

One of the best things you can do in a dry

I have been fascinated with health, fitness and nutrition since middle school…at least, middle school is when I recall it all beginning.

In our house we have been brain washed, if you will, to believe there are two teams in baseball; the Red Sox or anyone opposing the Yankees. That is what happens when you marry a New Englander. This belief stuck pretty hard in my daughter who is a die hard baseball fan. Last year she was blessed to see the Sox play the Yankees at Fenway. A dream come true for her.
