Indispensable
Be the Light…
Last weekend our power went out.
So what did my boys do?…Each went for the light on their phone or a flashlight. The youngest and I played cards on my bed.
The power was out for a good hour or more and they laughed and giggled and played with the shadows from the lights in our phones. I thanked the Lord for this short lived inconvenience. It gave them time together they probably really needed. But oh how we all celebrated when the lights came back on–we hadn’t eaten and

“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.“ Hebrews 11:1
A deep love for God is received by His Grace, but as we show our love back to Him we follow Him where ever He leads. If it be through treacherous terrains, sleet, storms, tornadoes, or a scorching dessert sun…this is the road less travelled that leads to His Treasures of Heart. It doesn’t matter how it “looks”, we merely “Go”.
Moses, with his back against the Red Sea was on the road

Do You See What I See?
A person who lacks physical sight is said to be blind. But are they? Blind persons are enormously perceptive. They are “noticers”.
The blind are accustomed to paying attention to details. Because they can’t see with their physical eyes, they see with the use of the rest of their senses collectively together. In many ways I believe they see better than the sighted world around them. They use sound, touch, feelings to perceive. They feel.
The heart is a powerful organ. It pumps blood, new oxygen bearing life to the entire body.

“With Shield or On It”
Bullet Proof Shield
Did you wear your bullet proof shield today? Did you cover your heart and head with scriptures so that everything you faced and everything you did and all you took in was filtered by the Lord first?
You have the power to command the attention of Heaven! God has given us everything we need to overcome obstacles, be healed from disease and walk out a mighty and magnificent destiny! But you’ve got to fight for what you want, because there is an entire world out there operating to take

Andrew’s Rules
This evening (last night by the time I post this) I was doing a little reading and writing, my favorite, and my youngest son was playing and talking to our cat. These are the words of advice he was giving and my heart grew instantly smitten. I can write and write and write all day. I encourage and love, but nothing will be more important to me than if I was able to be the example to my own kids so they can do as I did. That’s the power

Delivered
I have five children, but was only able to deliver the first one naturally. My second child I was enduced having not gone into labor on my own so a petosin drip line was given to me and then the doctor said, “let’s wait and see”.
Many hours later I should have been ready to deliver, all the signs lined up and I was “ready”. But something wasn’t right.
My son had trouble getting in the correct position to deliver the entire pregnancy. At one point during the

On Loves Heels
Somewhere around the year 2010 a friend came to me and brought me a DVD of a movie she said she felt compelled of the Holy Spirit to tell me to watch. This friend had done this before and the Holy Spirit confirmed it to me. Those who know me know I don’t “read books” or read anything outside the Bible unless directed by the Spirit, etc. It’s a part of my obedience that has lead to the pure flow of His Voice in my gifts.
Less “me”, more him. Less

The Promise
The “Pinky Promise”…
“As the Philistine moved closer to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him.” 1Samuel 17:48
God tends to have a preference for the Impossible. That’s where He likes to work. The impossible seems to be His specialty. In fact, He does His BEST work when the odds are stacked against us.
David met up with a giant.
Moses opposed the leader of Egypt.
Daniel prayed when He was told not to. Esther stepped into territory she wasn’t allowed.
Ruth forsook her birthright for the Identity of God through

Resistance To Go The Distance
Regular, physical activities, such as resistance training have cardiovascular and neuromuscular benefits. You can change your body fat, body weight and overall body composition…sculpting your body to the shape you desire. However, there are some benefits to weight training that may often be overlooked.
Resistance training has a mental component. One must push through pain to achieve the desired goal (a finished rep, circuit, workout). The more you workout, the better you become at dealing with discomfort and becoming somewhat “comfortable with the uncomfortable”. I believe people who practice the discipline
