Anchor Faith
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
Luke 10:10
Behold and Be Bold!
When God is for you nothing can prevail against you. What does it mean to prevail?
Prevail—“to prove superior in strength, power, or influence.”
It’s like a fleet of ships out of harbor anchored through the fiercest of storm. Not one sailor is forlorn. Each knows what his anchor is made from. How about you? Do you

Broken Places Make Us Brave~
With God, “What’s done is done” might not really be done…
All through the Bible we see amazing stories of how someone blew it and then God showed up with a miracle and saw them through it.
My first figure show in bodybuilding I could’ve placed higher. I definitely could’ve placed second. The gal in first had it all the way. She went on that season to win everything and move up to another level. It was her time. On one hand you could say I blew it, my posing wasn’t polished

Unconventional and Scandalous Love. . .
Unconventional and Scandalous Love. . .
There will always be more people who speak something wrong with you than those who cheer you on in something right. But we don’t live for the applaud OF others. We live to applaud others, notice them for all the wonderful and potential or possibility locked inside of them.
Celebrating others is the essence of the Love sent from above. It’s not our job to fix people, at least it’s not mine. It’s my job to love others and champion all the great within them, healing,

“Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.” ~Marcel Proust
When I see a beautiful garden I often think of all the work they went into planting it and keeping it weed free. People are much the same as a garden. Healthy, secure and strong relationships require much tenderness, love and care. People must be nurtured just like a garden.
Your heart is a garden to house your soul…just like a green house full of moisture and

Can I Be Honest?
Can I be honest for a moment? Transparent?
I am perhaps one of the most private people you could ever encounter. It is a sheer act of God that I write. That I bear my soul with my pen, that I use the internet or profusely post on social media pages. Left to my own, I’d write for me alone (like I used to do)—just me and my journal keeping everything I write to myself with bits of it spilling out in personal notes I like to mail to

Star Gaze
Tonight I ran into the market for just a couple items. It’s was late, the store would be closing, I only had about ten minutes…
I was able to fetch the items I needed, all two, and head to the registers. The store, which is usually quite busy during the day, was slow and lacking traffic because of the time of day it was. I moved in and out of the store quickly. As I climbed in my car I happened to look out the passenger side window, I happened to

Graced To Advance
“The soul’s craving for peace is its natural yearning for its End, it’s Maker, and it’s God. Since the soul is large enough to contain the infinite God, nothing less than Him can satisfy or contain it.”
Edward P Pusey
Do not be discouraged when you face trials of many kinds. This could be God’s instrument to captivate you. God wants to occupy every recess within. He knows your capacity. He knows what you are capable of. He knows what you can handle.
The heart is big, very big,

Intimacy With Greater Things
None of Jobs friends really understood what Job was going through. They had no personal experience the same as his. Though they cared about him, they failed to know how to properly care for him. So they had to idly sit by and watch him.
“Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the Lord will be at your side and will keep your foot from being snared.” Proverbs 3:25-26
Job had a story in the Bible like none other. Despite his long

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’” Mark 12:30
Worry is such an incredible waste of time, energy and anything of value that it will cost you. Because you will always have to make an exchange when you choose worry over faith. Worry will cause you to take detours on your journey not meant for you. Worry will derail purpose and potential in exchange for a one way ticket to nowhere. When

Sure and True
Usually around the first of the year motivation is high to make good, make change and better our lives. People make resolutions that usually fade by mid February.
Monday morning rolls around and maybe you’re a bit upset and regret some things you did, some things you said or maybe some things you ate over the weekend? The week is new and you’re determined to start fresh and new. By Wednesday, most have slipped back in lack in that area they were trying to attack.
“Why is it so hard?”,
